The Kuwaiti's were at the Saudi's throats just weeks, no - days, before Iraq invaded." He instructed over the confused mumblings of "They were? Huh? Really?" as he went on. "Yes, the Saudi's executed sixteen Shiites for sabotage. Shiite or not, all sixteen were Kuwaiti citizens. This was not good. Big time grumbling. Big time. Grumbling and nastiness was going on over there. It might have even turned into something if Iraq hadn't invaded." Osten admitted, "Kuwaiti Shiites? I don't remember that. Hmmm," as Farr continued, "Well it isn't in any news here. Who, here, would care? But just think about it. The Saudi's themselves came under terrible pressure for allowing foreign troops on their land. Many Arabs consider that a holy place - Mecca, Medina - you know?" "No. I don't. Don't they want us there? They couldn't lick Saddam's ass let alone kick it," Belachnik commented with a screwed up face. "No! Don't think like us. Think like them, the ones in power. The normal behavior of young American men, our soldiers, to Arabic sensibilities, is like us seeing young Arabs ejaculating on crucifixes. Our normal mannerisms are horrid in their eyes! We are crude and unholy to them." "Eat me!" Belachnik bellowed. Farr laughed, "See? That's funny! - to us! What is very very bad, to them, is the individuality shown by Americans. Many Arabs, especially those in power, dread the possibility of their younger generation emulating such individuality or worse, initiative. They don't want it seen, not on television, in print, or - especially - in person. Over a half million individualists from America on their soil - all at once - and treating women as equals! Oh my goodness. That's a big problem. There has to be a big need for them to allow this invasion of individualism.
